Prices
All prices are indicated in Euros including VAT. The Value Added Tax is the tax applicable on German territory. Deduction of VAT for orders from outside of the European Union is not possible. Permanent Vacation is not responsible for any additional taxes by your local tax / customs authorities.

Payment
Only payments by PAYPAL are accepted. The making of an order implies acceptance by the customer, thereby entailing formation of the contract and the customer’s final acceptance of the prices and the descriptions of the products available for sale, as well as acceptance of the general conditions of sale as a whole.

Delivery
PERMANENT VACATION delivers anywhere in the world, with the exception of post office box addresses. The products shall be deliverable only subject to availability. In case the product is sold out Permanent Vacation will refund the payment by PAYPAL within four (4) days. All products are shipped from Munich, Germany by German Post/ DHL with tracking number. Delivery costs are subject to delivery destination and number of products.

Exchanges
The customer shall have fourteen (14) days within which to return or exchange at his/her own cost, any product ordered by the customer. Beyond that time limit refunds and exchanges are not accepted. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging (sealed), neither worn or washed (apparel), to the following address: Permanent Vacation, Bioly Fröhlich GbR, Müllerstrasse 1, 80469 München, Germany, enclosing the initial invoice. It shall be the customer’s responsibility to retain all proof of return; this implies returning his/her order by registered mail, or any loss will be at his responsibility. If the above stated conditions are fulfilled, Permanent Vacation shall refund the customer for the total amount of his/her order, within fifteen (15) days of receiving the product, except for the cost of returning which shall be borne by the customer.

Facebook in order to create a “pool” of anonymised audience members, based around specific interests or actions, in order to tailor communications and advertising about Permanent Vacation or Artist products only on Facebook-owned platforms.

Google Adwords in order to tailor website and YouTube advertising about Permanent Vacation or Artist products only to relevant, anonymised audience pools.

We add these cookies to platforms such as Linkfire and Bitly for the purpose of analysing who (anonymously) and how users may engage with “buy links” for our Artist & Label products, which platforms or stores they engage with, in order to better tailor communication and provide offers around said products, and also inform our marketing of said products on behalf of our Artists and Labels.

We may also include the pixels from authorised advertising agencies from time to time, at our discretion and only under the terms above. We use third party audio and video embeds on Artist websites in order to provide options for engaging with audio and video content – these embeds may include cookies from the host platform, used in accordance with their own privacy policies.
